  What a fantastic recipe. Family loved it. Fast and easy to pull together and I did this on a day that I was in the office till 5:30 pm. Now I did not have the packed of taco seasoning so I halved a recipe and dumped it all in here. Worked perfectly. Also used frozen corn instead of canned as we just do not enjoy canned veggies.
