How to make it

  • 1. Cook pasta
  • 2. While pasta cooks, place a non-stick skillet over med-high heat until hot
  • 3. Add turkey; cook stirring as needed until turkey crumbles
  • 4. Stir in drained pasta, tomatoes, corn, and taco seasoning
  • 5. cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally

    Feb 9/17 loved this recipe. Did it on a night which I had to work during the day.at the office. Boy was it quick to pull together. I used the following measurements 6 oz elbow mac, 2 lbs turkey. I did not have canned corn but used frozen and it worked fine. I cooked the pasta most of the way then added to the turkey and tomato mixture to absorb most of the liquid and finish cooking. Will be making again.
