Mexicali Turkey Skillet Casserole

- 1 lb ground turkey shopping list
- 4 oz small elbow macaroni (or small shell), uncooked shopping list
- 1 14 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained shopping list
- 1 8 3/4 oz can whole kernel corn, undrained shopping list
- 1 1.25 oz package taco seasoning mix shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Cook pasta
- 2. While pasta cooks, place a non-stick skillet over med-high heat until hot
- 3. Add turkey; cook stirring as needed until turkey crumbles
- 4. Stir in drained pasta, tomatoes, corn, and taco seasoning
- 5. cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
