Outstanding Grilled Basil Chicken Burgers

    Made for the June 2019 challenge,Fresh Herbs, Rubs and Sauces.

    This burger is delicious, we really liked it. I made two changes, first I used fresh oregano, basil and just because I think it goes great with ground chicken I added 1 tablespoon of fresh minced rosemary. I also used grated goat mozzarella cheese and for the oats I used gluten, dairy free oats. Even with the changes this was delicious.
    The burgers I made were smaller and I had mine without a bun, but I did smother it with fried onions.

    The recipe calls for bread crumbs, which I can’t have so I subbed with the oats.
    They certainly are worth trying.Thanks again.
