*Made for the 2019 March "Irish" Recipe Challenge*

Made this 9 years ago and left a great review so figured I would give it a go again and get it in the IMI II! I think this is a great base recipe that really anything could be added to it. I halved the ground beef and added peas and corn just like I did last time. When I made the gravy it didn't look like much at all so I made more, doubling the recipe, which was a perfect amount. I also added some milk into the mashed potatoes. It looks like I never rated this recipe so I'll give it a solid 4 stars :). My first picture was better haha!! The sun doesn't come out here anymore (always cloudy or raining) so lighting isn't that great. Not sure why my pic. uploaded twice on the recipe.

Nice photo, Mommyluvs2cook! We don't like casseroles, but I've made a couple of Shepherd's pie type recipes and we really liked them. This one looks good. I like that you added peas and corn.

    Thanks everyone :)

DIZ, we are not huge casserole eaters either, I rarely make them, but this one went over pretty dang well!

The photo is still great Michelle, I can see what it is that I would be eating if I made the recipe.
