  These are SOOOO GOOD!!! The fries definitely get very crispy with the high heat, and we loved every bite :) I realized too late that I was out of green onion, so I just chopped up a purple onion very small and used that. The salsa is such a great topping, and sour cream would be so good too! Will make these often, thanks Frankieanne :) :)
