Pumpkin Risotto

Simple, easy, lovelly fresh tasting and full of flavour!!
A delight for lunch with some crusty bread.

Used a touch of onion and touch extra cheese
Thanks again manella.

Made for the Pumpkin Challenge

This sounds really good! Looks easy enough. I've never really been much of a rice fan. Plus, I can never get it to turn out no matter how hard I try. It goes without saying that I've never attempted to make risotto, but DH has ordered it at restaurants and loves it.

I was going to say that I've never had risotto, but, looking at the recipe, it's arborio rice, and I've had that in rice pudding. Looks like a good mix of flavors in there, Don.
