    If you like Reuben’s, you will love this creative pizza! Even DH, who was skeptical, found it irresistible. I baked this in a cast iron skillet and followed the recipe as close as possible, adjusting for the smaller pan size and personal taste. Less sauce and more sauerkraut. :) I only had plain Havarti cheese so I sprinkled dried dill on top. It was awesome! The best part is I have enough to make another pizza. Thank you, Keni! Your culinary talents were amazing. May you rest in peace.

    Your picture is awesome DIZ3. I LOVE sauerkraut and I love Reuben's although I always 'hold' the Thousand Island Dressing. I'm a little leery of the cream cheese. Havarti would be lovely on this. Thanks for sharing.

    Thank you, Chuckieb! I was afraid the cream cheese would make it too rich so I just put a thin coat on the crust. It was good! I don't like a lot of Thousand Island on my Reubens anyway. You could always leave off the sauce.

    I made this again last night for Keni's Cooking Day today. It's so good! This time I used a bigger cast iron skillet.so we'd have even more. I have one piece left over. Can't wait until lunch! Thanks again, Keni!
