    Roasted Green Beans

    My review: Perfect. I love roasted vegetables and roasting green beans are no exception. I find roasting has more flavor than boiling and roasting at 400(f) was ideal.

    I`m not a fan of green beans but I`d try this as I think it`d have more flavour than boiling or steaming them. Jojoba is stretching it when she said that it great alternative to fast-food French fries though I think. :) LOL!

    Were they crispy on the outside? I sometimes add green beans to a tray of roasted potatoes but the beans never seem to get as crisp as the potatoes.

    The texture was more chewy Shona, not unpleasantly chewy and not crispy. I think they hold too much moisture to ever crisp.
    They still taste like a green bean Janet but don't take on that boiled out taste.
    I don't know … I'm think I'm with Jojoba on the French Fry replacement ladies, LOL!!
