Salmon With Avocado Lime Salsa

Made for IMI2's August 2018 Grill Challenge.
Even though the recipe is written to cook in the oven I used my grill.

My review: This is the best Salmon I ever made! So full of flavor and the avocado salsa just puts it over the top! This is a restaurant quality, company worthy recipe that is also very easy to make. I grilled the salmon on my grill laid on foil. Thank you so much for sharing! I finally have a salmon recipe I can enjoy at home.

The Salmon I used was wild-caught Atlantic "Keta". I've never had it before but love it! Very mild in flavor and paler in color unlike most of the other varieties of wild-caught salmon I've eaten.

Another beautiful photo! Isn't this recipe amazing? This is our favorite salmon recipe and about the only way I make salmon. I have to double the avocado salsa because it's so good and we like to have extra for chips.

It is amazingly delicious DIZ! It’s “the one” for me too now and I agree to double the salsa which is what I did without intending to do it. I made one piece of salmon for me so I cut the recipe in half but made the full amount of salsa thinking I would use the leftover on a sandwich tomorrow... HA!, that’s not happening.

I think rubbing it with the Olive Oil helped Michelle. I had this recipe saved for some time but forgetting what's saved so I've been trying to resource my recipe box first for the "challenges".
