    Sesame Noodles With Chicken
Recipe made for IMI2's August 2020 "Chicken" recipe challenge.

My review: If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would! It's perfect and incredibly delicious! Just what I was looking for and without a bunch of crazy ingredients. I was generous with the ginger and probably used 2x the amount. Just for fun I added sliced steamed sugar snap peas and I always have a container of fresh baby spinach in the freezer so I crumbled some in as well. The frozen fresh baby spinach wilts perfectly without having to cook it. I had leftover rotisserie chicken and used that.
This was so easy to prep ahead of time. I kept the noodles, chicken, and sauce separate in the refrigerator and when I was ready to eat I let everything sit out and come up to room temp and then tossed it all together.
    Excellent recipe!

Wow! It's gorgeous! This sounds great Linda! The snap peas and spinach were a nice addition. Did you use the 2 tbsp. of brown sugar? I ask because I'm wondering if you need it as the Peanut butter is sweet already. Bookmarking this as I know Jim and I would love it.

I did use the light brown sugar … at first I wasn't going to but I wanted to make the recipe without tweaking it to give it a fair chance. You can always make it without and then taste it and if you think it needs some/all light brown sugar add it and turn the food processor back on.
Next time though I'll probably use an immersion blender to blend the sauce ingredients, I think it would work more efficiently than a food processor.

Made this and I agree, it's delicious!!! I added sugar snap peas as well and I cut my carrots into matchsticks instead of grating. All I had were black sesame seeds so that what I used. Served warm because the family preferred it that way and it was good! I ate it cold the next day straight out of the fridge and it was even better :) This is definitely a keeper recipe!
