    We both really enjoyed this, wonderful flavour and very tender. I wanted meals for the cottage that I could prep and freeze and this fit the bill perfectly. I will definitely make this again.

    What a great photo Bren! So glad you liked it! LOVE your rice sculpture. :) The peanut butter gives the recipe a lot of flavour Michelle, although it also has soya which flavours it well. I'd give the almond butter a whirl and see if it's 'strong' enough.
