Shrimp With Cheesy Grits And Bacon

    I can't even express how good this is! Every part of it was amazing! The grits were perfectly cheesy and I finally managed to make them without lumps lol. I had meant to grab a bottle of dark beer at the store but forgot and all we had was cheap light beer in the fridge, so I opted to use all chicken stock in the grits. The shrimp and sauce were perfect, and of course bacon makes everything better :)

    I love bacon! But not a fan of shrimp, mushrooms or grits, lol, but you sure do make it tempting with that photo.... If that was in front of me, I'd truly try it all! ;)
