    Slow Cooked Balsamic Beef

Wow what a great recipe. In my review I did show what did show the metric and imperial measurements. The only tweak I did was on the temp for cooking. I started the oven at 400 degrees then after about 2 minutes turned it down to 300. I allowed it to cook for 6 hours stirring once in a while.

That looks like a hearty stew, Nadine. And served over mashed taters - yum!

I love the sound of this recipe, and your picture looks delicious! We would serve it over mashed potatoes too :)

Thanks ladies though LOL DS#1 wanted me to cook up some rice rather than mashed tatters which surprised me as he loves mashed tatters.

This recipe sounds so good! Looks like the meat held up well to the long cooking time too. My first thought would be to serve up over rice as it reminds me of my Dad's goulash and he always served it over rice. But the mashed taters sound equally wonderful! :)
