*Made for Cooking for Keni 2018*

Found some ciabatta rolls to use on this, I know they aren't sub rolls but I think they worked beautifully! The sauce is amazing! I admit, I didn't measure, I just eyeballed and tasted it until it tasted right :) Oh and since I had the grill going I toasted the buns. So good Keni!!! My camera battery died and I had to use my cell phone, so sad!

Thanks everyone, it's a delicious simple sandwich, I added some lettuce and tomatoes on it for my daughter, cause she can't have a sandwich without them lol! She took one bite and said, this is SPICY!!! Good thing she likes spice :) :)

I think that the chili powder I get up here ( in the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest) is extremely mild compared to the US. So mild that I don't think I've bought Chili powder that even has cayenne in it! I haven't tried ancho or chipotle powder before though, and will have to look for it :)
