Spiced Pistachio Chicken

    Wow, this is some crunchy chicken! I used B/S chicken thighs for this and instead of Old Bay (my husband really dislikes the stuff for some reason) I used a Penzey's smoked seasoned salt. I guess the only thing I would do different next time is maybe let the chicken sit in the butter/egg mixture longer, as the honey and lime flavor didn't come through really at all. Regardless we loved it it and it's a keeper :) :) Served with sweet potatoes and brussels sprouts for a great dinner!

    Thanks Bakerme! You could use just plain chili powder, which to me isn't that spicy or just leave the chili out completely!
