Super Easy Slow Cooker Beef Stew

    *Made for the November 2020 "slow cooker/dutch oven" Recipe Challenge*

    I have really liked every recipe I have mad of Littlesponger's! I have made a million beef stews on GR and here is another lol. I love how they say to not brown the beef before putting in the slow cooker. I don't know about everyone else, but IMO I do not see a difference from whe. I take that extra step or skip it. So I skip it :) I guess my brain shut off when the stew was done was because I did nothing else the recipe called for. No peas or corn :( I actually was planning on not adding the flour mixture anyway, and it thickened up nicely. I really good and well flavored beef stew!

    Looks great Michelle! I don't find a difference either. Unless the recipe says to coat the beef in flour, then I do like to toast it a bit first (the beef coated in flour). But stewing beef doesn't need to be seared I find. :)

    Manella, stores seem to think because the cut it up for you they can jack the price way up! Chicken tenders are the same way.
