Veggie Salad Wraps

A very nice light lunch or dinner, very good with a side of sweet potatoe fries.
Did not change a thing as it has everything in it i like, except i did not use onion sprouts, i had green onion and used that.I used the creamed goat cheese. The flavors were very good and the avocado gave them a creamy texture which was quite tasty.

I haven't made these in a longggg time I remember bringing these to a summer time potluck one time and they got inhaled. :) Green onion would totally sub for the onion sprouts, as would alfalfa sprouts. We can get some pretty fun sprouts at our local grocery store and I like to try out different ones. The onion ones really did taste oniony. :)
