Yorkshire Pudding

Made a Prime Rib on the BBQ last night which turned out wonderfully! Made some gravy and then decided I'd attempt to make Yorkshire Pudding. I have tried making Yorkshire Pudding a few times over the years but I've never managed to perfect it. Yorkshire Puddings
At the same time I was making Cheffiona's recipe I was also looking at a recipe online by Jamie Oliver. I have a girlfriend coming over for lunch tomorrow who makes Yorkshire Pudding every time they have Roast Beef so she's going to give me a personal lesson. LOL! Wish me luck.

I didn't rate the recipe as I do think it's something I'm doing, not the fault of the recipe. I didn't put my photo up on the recipe either as it's not pretty. LOLOL.

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again! :)

Aww darn, so sorry you are having trouble making these Janet! I honestly think they look good, is it that they didn't rise up enough? I know nothing about Yorkshire Pudding lol :)

Thanks guys! Yes Michelle, they didn't rise properly. They're supposed to be light and airy and traditionally a perfect Yorkshire pudding is supposed to measure 4" tall! Mine were not. :) I've never had Yorkshire pudding with Pork roast Eastcoaster. That'd be yummy!

Bummer they didn't rise properly. Do you think it's an altitude issue?
