Apple Bread

    Recipe needs some work to bring out all the flavors.
    Cinnamon overpowers the apple and extracts.
    Temperature is not spec'ed out in the recipe. With all that sugar in there I wouldn't take it above 375 degrees F.
    Baked mine at 350 for 70 minutes and it needs more time for the center to finish cooking, although the toothpick test came out clean.
    All edges had a nice crunch to them, so be careful of any increase in temp or time to keep the crust from overcooking.
    I would back off by half the cinnamon.
    Personally I would not use any almond extract next time.
