Alfredo Avocado Sauce

    I ended up pureeing my sauce because I was wanting it smooth. This is some really good stuff! Its weird and cool serving up a green alfredo sauce! The avocado flavor definitely comes through. I served mine on tortellini with portebello mushrooms, red bell pepper and garlic. It was just delicious!
