Ann Burrell's Grilled Chicken

    I made Wynnebaer's
Ann Burrells Grilled Chicken With Dijon And Meyer Lemon
last night for dinner. Yesterday happened to be 'the first day of spring' and although there is still plenty of ice and snow in my yard, the BBQ almost seemed to exude pleasure at being rolled into the middle of the back deck and having its cover flung off.
The recipe serves 4 and calls for 2 chickens but I just halved everything and made one chicken for the two of us. I marinated the chicken for a couple of hours on the counter and then for a few more in the fridge until we were ready to cook.
I'm not a huge rosemary fan but it blended with the Dijon mustard and Meyers lemons perfectly and I wouldn't change a thing.
This was an amazing recipe. The chicken was tender and juicy and flavourful. I'd give it a 10 out of 5 if I could. Will be making this a lot! Thanks Corinne!

That looks and sounds fabulous...and I can smell and taste it from here with that picture! Not a huge rosemary fan either, but, will try with the rosemary since you feel the same and enjoyed it so much! Can't wait to give it a try.
