I use Bondc's chicken rice casserole recipe all the time now. It's quick to assemble ahead if you need too. The kids love it and it doesn't take much preparation.

I love how creamy the rice turns out every time.

For Mom's in a rush this is great.

Whenever I have fresh mushrooms I saute them up and add to it because I just love mushrooms, but the recipe stands great made as is too.
