  This is a great little loaf. Lots of flavor. The apple butter layer in the middle lends a lot of flavor and moisture to the loaf. We ate this as soon as it released from the pan.
  Instructions should say to use a 9x5 loaf pan, greased and floured.
  You can see the apple butter layer in the pic.
