I would have loved to give this recipe a 5-star rating for flavor but the lack of instruction yields a 3-star rating.
Needs bake temperature and time added.
Baked the first tray of teaspoon size cookies at 350F for 10 minutes until the edges showed brown. Cooled for 5 minutes on the tray but they were still too soft and undercooked. Second tray using a slightly larger teaspoon size baked for 12 minutes were equally undercooked although the edges were brown as in the first batch. Third batch were the slightly larger teaspoon size baked for 14 minutes. This time worked better, baking the middle of the cookies and not making the edge of the cookies too over browned as I was fearing. So it seems that 15 minutes should be a good time at 350F.
The four cookies on the left side of the picture were the 14 minute cookies. They yielded a slightly cake like texture. You can see how the others at 12 minutes were still waxy looking and underdone.
Cookies must set up on the baking tray for a few minutes before transferring them to the cooling rack.
