Apple Butter Cookies

Apple butter has always been a fav -- but I never cared for it with peanut butter (don't ask why).
Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter; softened shopping list
- 1 c brown sugar; packed shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 c oatmeal shopping list
- 1/2 c apple butter shopping list
- 1 c flour, all-purpose shopping list
- 1/2 ts baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 ts baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 ts salt shopping list
- 2 tb milk shopping list
- 1/2 c nuts; chopped shopping list
- 1/2 c raisins shopping list
How to make it
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in egg, oats, and apple butter. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture along with milk. Beat until blended. Stir in nuts and raisins. CHILL. Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased baking sheet.
