  A nice yeasted bread touched by the sweetness of the apple. If I had to compare it to something it would be Hawaiian bread.
  Made this by hand. Has nice oven spring. My pic doesn't look like the showcase pic but it was posted by someone else besides the author. It looks to be a quick bread.
  Baked at 375 degrees F for 35 minutes.
  Suggest storing any of this bread not eaten in the fridge because of the baked apple content.
