Apple Chunk Bread Recipe
Not only is this dessert bread delicious but it has an airy, light texture. It is ideal for toast the next day!

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cup milk at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 salt
  • 3 cups bread flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
  • 1 1/3 apple, peeled and diced

Directions
  1. Place the ingredients in the pan in the order given in the bread machines directions.
  2. Add the diced apple after the first kneading. Most machines beep at a certain time after the first kneading which is when you would add the apple.

Bookmarked this for after the great unpacking. I love breads done in the breadmaker. I am just averse to the sensation of dough under fingernails. This one sounds lovely.
