Apple Chunk Bread Recipe

How to make it

  • Place the ingredients in the pan in the order given in the bread machines directions.
  • Add the diced apple after the first kneading. Most machines beep at a certain time after the first kneading which is when you would add the apple.

    Yum! Dinner is on the stove now. If I throw this in the bread maker, it can be a bed-time snack! Thanks!

    Bookmarked this for after the great unpacking. I love breads done in the breadmaker. I am just averse to the sensation of dough under fingernails. This one sounds lovely.
