this was good! a different way to present a meatloaf. i made it in a bundt pan with spinach and cheese mashed potatoes in the middle. after "icing" it with mashed potatoes i drizzled beef gravy over it for a carmel or chocolate effect.

lillian this site doesnt like me very much so i have a hard time uploading pictures. i'll try again tomorrow to post the picture. when i first came here keni used to upload my pics for me. she actually set up the profile for me since the site wouldnt let me. It looked like a bundt cake with the hole in the middle. my mashed potato icing skills could use some work but the kids got a kick out of it! thats all that mattered.
