  Banana Bread
  
  Pretty good bread but a bit on the dry side. Possibly could be due because I left out the water.
  
  STUPID BAKER!
  
  Used ground up nuts. Mashed the bananas and left them on the counter to make a little syrup while the butter was softening.
  
  Baked it up in one large bread pan. Baked up in time spec'ed.

  I have some mashed bananas that have been in the freezer for about a year....I wonder if their still good!
