  A good basic stock. Didn't take a pic as an almost clear pot of water doesn't photograph well or have much visual excitement going on. Used it in New Orleans Chowder/saved

  You have me waxing nostalgic. Read back through both soup strings. Hope more people add their comments on soups made in the strings. It is a nice repository on soups and quick to get to if something in the review catches ones eye. Happy surfing.
