Beef N Green Chili Enchiladas by Brianna

    These were so yummy! Creamy, and satisfying! I added a small jalapeno to the meat, since the recipe stated that it's a mild flavor enchiladas, and that gave it just enough kick. I also used a green enchilada sauce, I thought it would go well with the green chillies, and it did! Added a picture under her main.
