I saw his recipe posted here when I was searching through active members of this group's recipes. I thought it might be fun to convert one of his bread recipes to machine as he likes to experiment with the machine ones converting them to oven loaves. :-D Hope you don't mind, pso. A very nice white bread loaf. The only difference in my loaf was that I grabbed the bread flour. Regular flour was way behind something and I didn't feel like digging it out (lazy). I added two pictures. Ate the fist slice with butter on it. :)
