  I made this almost a year ago for a German-influenced gathering. The beef rolls came out wonderfully delicious and tender. I always pre-cook my bacon a bit for Rouladen and I really like Peter's mother's buttermilk gravy. My dinner ws stellar and this was the star of the show. My comments and menu are at:
