This was probably the best authentic Korean meal I have cooked in my own house! Highly recommend it if you like Korean food! I added a photo, however it doesn't show how delicious this really was. Will definitely be making this again! Also, I never stir-fried cucumbers before. They have a pretty mild flavor, almost unnoticeble, so I think next time I might try using zucchini insread.

Does this recipe have a sweet taste to it?

No sweetness, just some spicyness, but the marinade is delish! Your local Oriental market should have the red bean chili paste. A lot of recipes call for it, and it makes great sauces.
