Fish With White Wine

this was good... but I couldn't see how it could turn out like the photo.... not without a lot of doctoring...so, I just followed the recipe and enjoyed the light, mild, taste...and the even lighter visual appeal :)

it is salmon... but even still, it wouldn't be that golden, buttery even with using salmon... it is white wine and water.. and just a bit of butter... the fish itself would have been pink, of course, but not the rest of it... and, that photo looks like it's got a sprinkling of something on it that's giving it that appearance... I don't see how even salmon could have turned out like that, following the recipe. :)

***some of his photos, are from other sites, so maybe that one is, too... and, if so, maybe the recipe is either different, or the photo was just stock and not meant to represent... bummer... I hate when that happens. :(
