I wanted something light for dinner tonight, and whitefish came to mind. This was a simple, lovely preparation. I used fresh thyme and dill and did sprinkle it with a lil Old Bay before serving. From the photo, it had such a lovely golden appearance, but I couldn't see what would replicate that, from the recipe listed, so I just added a touch, myself. I served it with Spears And Spuds In Malt Vinegar Butter Sauce and it was a nice meal. Thank you for the recipe!
