    Bread Machine Multigrain Bread

    Moist and delicious bread.
    Swapped around the white and wheat flour measurement amounts just because I've had not to good results with the majority flour being wheat.
    No sunflower seeds so used pumpkin seeds.
    No cereal or hot cereal mix so used oat bran.

    Used the food processor, for the first time, with a dough blade to knead the dough and did a final kneading by hand. I'm anal retentive in a lot of respects but not when it comes to using partial packs of yeast. I used a whole one. The dough did rise in less than 1 hour.
