Bread Pudding

    Recipe by Scearley: Bread Pudding

    Turned out well. Added picture. Used whole wheat bread. Ran low on vanilla extract and subbed the rest with rum extract.
    Added one extra egg trying to ensure the pudding jelled up nicely. Good flavor. I liked it.
