Buckwheat/rice Apple and Almond Cake

  Recipe by Alessioxvx: Buckwheatrice Apple And Almond Cake
  Interesting cake. Had to cut it like a pie. Good apple flavor. Not certain I like almonds in my apples.
  Did have to make some changes because of lack of exotic materials:
  Used cow milk, cake flour, white whole wheat flour and almond extract instead of the almonds.
