  Nice bread recipe. Smells great baking.
  There is an omission. Author forgot to add yeast to the list of ingredients. I used 1 packet of active dry yeast.
  Made the dough in a food processor. Double rise. Bake at 350F for 40 minutes.
  Crust is a little tough but should soften up with time spent in a plastic baggie.
  My bread monkey gives it forty chews and a smile.
