Ingredients

1 1/4 cups of water at room temperature

2 Tbsp powdered milk

1 Tbsp granulated sugar

1 tsp salt

3 1/4 cups white bread flour

1 Tbsp chopped onion

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1 tsp salt

Directions

Put the ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed unless otherwise instructed by your bread machine directions.

Select dark setting.

The baking time depends on the machine you have; this recipe is for a 1 1/2 pound loaf of bread so that will determine your baking time.
