Chef Meow's Hot and Spicy Cabbage

  I made Chef Meow's Hot and Spicy Cabbage last night. First time in forever that I didn't fiddle a recipe so I figured I'd post it up here.
  
  It came out very well. This works well as a main or a side dish. It was nice to have a twist on the usual sweet and sour cabbage. When I made up the rice which is suggested I popped a cup of edamane into the rice which made a nice bright contrast with the red cabbage.
