Hot And Spicy Cabbage Recipe

	main cabbage sausage pork peppery oniony cabbagey ricey

Ingredients

1 pound sausage

1 large head cabbage shredded

1 teaspoon crushed red pepper

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

Water

Hot cooked rice

Directions

Cook sausage then drain half of the drippings.

Add cabbage, pepper and sugar the drippings then stir until mixture cooks down.

Add water to cover and cook until tender.

Serve over hot rice.
