    Cherry Clafoutis

    My first Clafoutis. It is a sweet egg custard like dish. If the idea is to make it fluffy, an electric beater will incorporate more air than a whisk.

    Doubling the heavy cream in volume then folding it in will help also. But going strictly by the recipe works out well too.
