  I messed up twice in this recipe but it still turned out great. I layered the tomato mix on before the gravy and put twice the amount of tomatoes on.
  
  Made some pictures. The plated picture is the chicken with crowder peas, mashed potatoes, cornbread, and cauliflower fritters.
  
  Chicken is very tasty and juicy. I'm not surprised with my goof-up. Good flavor. I claim old-timers disease.

  Fritters are exactly as written. It's a Jiffy box cornbread recipe. Mother left them in the oven too long again.
