    Chicken Spaghetti

    Put some salt in this dish.
    Use a 4 quart casserole dish so you won't have to clean your oven.

    It is comfort food. I was not optimistic about using Velveeta but the Velveeta flavor was well hidden and acted as a thickener for the sauce.

    Ro.tel is a new product for me. I have used it once before and it made the dish quite spicy so I used the mild version this time and it still added almost too much heat to this dish.

    Baked up a fryer chicken for this dish rubbing these spices under the skin; salt, pepper, chicken rub, garlic powder, and dried crushed rosemary leaves. Took the skin off before removing the meat for the dish. Boy the skin tastes good. Only sampled a couple pieces and set the rest of the skin aside.

    Made a couple/three pics but I'm not moving out of this bed until the swelling goes down.
