WOW, was this good. So good I had 2 complete plates. Im so stuffed I can barely move. I used 5 half breast. I didnt know if I was supposed to use 2 halves or complete so I doubled all the ingredients. I also added broccoli and Vidalia onions. It was so good that I used my finger to wipe out the skillet. I cant wait for leftovers :) Thank you GKW.

He's not even my kitty. He was just visiting and wouldnt leave me alone. Followed me everywhere with nonstop meowing. He was too funny. I had to take a pic. I forgot that I took his pic between servings when uploading the photos. He's about 7 weeks

I'm back now...the storm was not as big a deal as it seemed. We are used to getting a lot of thunderstorm and tornado warnings here, and you just never know if it's going to be the "big" one. :) So far this year, we've been very fortunate. Anyway, back to your review, Mrpiggy. Your eating two plates-full was the best compliment! But then, since you work in construction, I guess you don't have to worry about calories as much. :D Hope you make the recipe again and like it as much the second time around!

Im happy to hear that the storm was not a severe one. And rest assured I will be making this many more times. Yeh, I guess you can say Im in "construction" More or less, though, I have become an office person. I dont get nearly enough field time. I joke around with the field guys that my calluses are moving from my hands to my backside :P And as for calories, I dont worry about them. Its fat content only that I look at. I have always eaten a ton as long as I can remember which shows at the grocery checkout. Im sure that the second time around it will be just as good if not better. Thanks again, Gkwillow
