    Chickenless Chicken And Dumplings

    I tried making this for my son last night and he really enjoyed it. Looks 'real' doesn't it! Ha-ha! The recipe says it serves 6 so I halved the Vegetable broth and just used one of those 900ml boxes of Vegetarian broth. I actually kept all the rest of the recipes ingredients at the same amount as 1/2 cup onion and celery and 2 carrots didn't sound like way too much. I used 2 170g pkgs. of Yves Veggie Cuisine "Chicken Veggie Tenders" and I halved the ingredients for the dumplings and it made 3 nice sized ones.
    I'll totally make it again. It'd be a nice 'fall' dish. My picture isn't the best as I forgot to take it until I was making up a left-over lunch.
