    Chili Fries
    Nice recipe, although I didn't think they were that spicy, with good flavor. Don't be afraid of the salt.

    I used an apple corer/segmenter to make the fries thick. Baked for 45 minutes and added shredded cheese for the last 5 minutes to melt.

    Was researching deep fried french fries and fell upon this recipe. Much healthier than deep fried. Those will have to wait for another day.

    Yes, I always use LOTS of salt when baking any type of potato recipe. I'd also rather bake then fry them, because its healthier.
