A nice spicy way to make potatoes.

Ingredients
- 1 tbls. olive oil
- 2 tsp. chili powder (or cajun seasoning)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 3 baking potatoes cut into 1/4 inch strips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450
- Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl
- Add potatoes to oil mixture and coat
- Put potatoes on lightly cooking sprayed cookie sheet, single layered.
- Bake 30 minutes.
